Together with our client we can offer a unique opportunity for experienced Engineers to take a position in one of the world’s leading gas recovery companies.
We will be recruiting for the following positions:
E&I Engineers:
• Detailed engineering competence related to instrumentation and electrical systems with experience from various equipments during testing, installation, commissioning, start-up and maintenance activities.
• Experience from drawing production, making specifications for various E&I systems, equipment and supplier follow-up.
• Control system specification, selection, software design, documentation, configuration, and graphics development.
• Prepare and disseminate all required documentation such as project specifications, instrument datasheets, level sketches, requests for quotation, and requisitions.
• Prepare Instrument specification, datasheet, sizing, selection, and drawings.
• Instrument Verification .
• Coordinate with other disciplines and support I&C team with project deliverables.
• Review and selection of LV, HV motors.
• Prepare electrical load list, verify motor datas received from vendors.
• Exposed to various international codes and standards such as API, IEC, ISO, NORSOK.
• Knowledge of Compressor fundamentals and associated controls.
• Knowledge of Vibration monitoring system (Bentley Nevada ) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation software such as INTOOLS or others is preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC (Siemens-ABB) is preferred.
Mechanical Engineers:
• Operational experience from similar equipment packages is preferred.
• Ability to prepare documents describing material handling, accessibility and operability in process modules.
• Experience with specification of rotating and static equipment.
• Knowledge of requirements given in the most relevant equipment specifications such as: ASME, API, PED and Norsok.
• Holds the required experience to produce mechanical/operation documents based on limited input related to content requirements
• Basic multi discipline understanding related to operation and design of process modules
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrument, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Previous experience in an EPC contractor is preferred.
Personal Qualities:
• Must be capable of interacting with other engineers, suppliers, and personnel.
• Should be task and result oriented, structured and systematic.
• Co-operative, self-driven, organized, proactive and enthusiastic about new challenges.
